Executive coaching is an experiential and individualized leader development process that builds a leader’s capability to achieve short- and long-term organizational goals. It is conducted through one-on-one interactions, driven by data from multiple perspectives, and based on mutual trust and respect. The organization, an executive, and the executive coach work in partnership to achieve maximum impact.

Succeeding as a Coach will require the following core qualifications and skills:

Education :

  • Certified Graduate of an accredited coaching establishment – Coach U, Royal Roads, Adler or other credible institute
  • ICF Accreditation

Experience:

  • 7 – 10 years professional coaching experience working with Senior Level employees with an organization

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Active listening, powerful questioning techniques
  • Understanding of coaching professional ethics and standards and ability to apply them appropriately in all coaching situations
  • Ability to facilitate learning & results
  • Ability to establish coaching agreement
  • Ability to represent Morneau Shepell in a professional manner at all times
  • Ability to build trust and trust relationships with people
