Requirements and responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to effectively operate within diverse and cross-functional groups.
- Effective listening skills to ensure understanding of instructions and directions and the ability to communicate progress and problems to peers and management.
- Experience with large-scale call center operations communications experience preferred.
- A proven track record of driving culture change and world-class results as a sales coach, coaching and training sales reps and supervisors in sales, customer service and customer retention in the customer contact center environment.
- A professional who loves to help sales people succeed, lights up a room with energy and enthusiasm and is an exceptional leader.
- Responsible for coaching and training sales reps and supervisors using specific coaching tactics (such as side-by-side coaching, skill-transfer, team sales meetings, one-on-one sessions) and proprietary methodologies developed by Robert C. Davis and Associates to drive key sales metrics.
- Some travel required.
