Ricklin-Echikson Associates (REA), www.r-e-a.com , an industry leader in providing global career transition assistance, is looking for part-time Career Coaches.  We specialize in career consulting for the spouses/partners of relocating employees in the US and worldwide, providing career transition coaching and acclimation assistance.

We’re looking for part-time Career Coaches residing in and able to service clients moving to the following areas:  Gaithersburg Maryland, Huntsville Alabama, Houston Texas, and Oregon – Washington.

Our services include:

• Customized Career and Transition Coaching
• Professional Resume Writing
• Career Assessments
• Career and Acclimation support via tele-counseling and face-to-face as required

COACHES WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 + years career coaching including: career assessment, career development, & resume writing
• Not be working full-time
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights or weekends as needed for delivering services across multiple time zones
• Have a professional office setup
• Available to provide face-to-face coaching as needed
• Willing to work with clients on a flat fee billing structure
• Able to work with a diverse population of relocation clients pursuing career related, volunteer, entrepreneurial or other meaningful pursuits
