PART-TIME) INTERNATIONAL CAREER COACH / INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

REA, www.r-e-a.com , is an industry leader in providing global career transition assistance.  We specialize in career consulting for the spouses/partners of relocating employees in the US and worldwide, providing career transition and acclimation assistance.

We are looking for an International Career Coach residing in and able to service clients moving to Hong Kong; Fluency in English required.

Our services include:

• Career Assessments
• Professional Resume/CV Writing
• Customized Career Transition Coaching and Acclimation Support
• Coaching via tele-counseling with some face-to-face as required

COACHES WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience having lived/worked abroad and experience in cross-cultural coaching or global mobility.
• Language Skills: Fluent English speaking required
• 2 + years career coaching including: career assessment, career development, & resume writing
• Not be working full-time
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights or weekends as needed for delivering services across multiple time zones
• Have a professional home office set up
• Available to provide face-to-face coaching as needed
• Willing to work with clients on a flat fee billing structure
• Able to work with a diverse population of relocation clients pursuing career related, volunteer, entrepreneurial or other meaningful pursuits
