Provides expert level executive coaching and team effectiveness facilitation for a designated client group within a geographic area and/or service line. Is the lead expert in the geography or service line responsible for building coaching capability in others. Assists in execution of coaching and related initiatives and programs to fully meet the business and people needs.
- Serves as a lead expert in a designated geographic area and/or service line for team effectiveness facilitation and executive coaching.
- Serves as an expert executive coach in the geography/service line. Provides individual and team coaching and train-the-trainer support in areas such as new partner transition support, counselor support/ training, mentoring, team effectiveness, America’s People Team skill development and the evolution of a coaching knowledge center.
- Provides thought leadership in the development of coaching protocols and materials tailored to specific business needs. Maintains an external presence and promotes EY’s reputation as a coaching culture.
- Conducts evaluations and ROI measures and suggests improvements to coaching processes and programs.
- Vets and orients new external coaches and monitors effectiveness.
- Builds relationships with leaders within assigned geographic areas and/or service lines. Provides a compilation of development themes gathered from coaching sessions and suggests new ways for meeting those needs.
- Possesses deep knowledge in own area of expertise, duties are varied and also require a broad knowledge base to perform.
- At associate director level, is highly seasoned and recognized for their expertise within and outside the business unit. Is “at the table” with management and influences when key business issues are discussed affecting the development of their designated client group
- Receives general direction rather than supervision. Work is reviewed for results achieved.
Qualifications
Experience
- A minimum of 10-12 years related work experience
Education
- Advanced degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have graduated from International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited school
- ACC, PCC or MCC accreditation preferred
- Advanced degree or equivalent work experience
- Mastery in the following key skills:Coaching, consulting, facilitation, supporting and leading change, strategic and conceptual thinking, influencing, project management.
- Thorough understanding of the firm and relevant businesses is required
