Field Support Business Coach (Franchise Area Director/Multi-unit Leader)

BrightStar Care, a home care and medical staffing leader, is searching for a talented multi-unit leader to join our Field Support Operations Team.  Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Field Support, this is an exciting “road-warrior” position, focused on assisting up to 40-50 franchise agencies grow their business and ensure we provide A Higher Standard of Care.

Field Support Business Coach key responsibilities are:

  • Helping franchisees grow sales, profits, and provide outstanding client-care.
  • Analyze agency key performance indicators, such as, client retention, sales inquiries and sales conversion rates, billing and collections results, revenue growth, goal setting and more.
  • Provide strategic and tactical business coaching to franchisees and their agency leadership teams to achieve goals.
  • Develop deep professional and trusting relationships with franchisees to build a cohesive business partnership that’s positive for the BrightStar Care brand and local agencies.
  • Ensures brand standards, franchise administrative compliance, legal compliance, and other employment and regulatory statutes are followed consistently.
  • Ability to communicate and lead at all levels within the organization (front-line caregivers, franchisees, key executives, and local community leaders).
  • Support up to 40-50 locations in multiple states/territories as assigned.
  • Support corporate mission.
  • Provide opening support to include training to personnel within agency.

Desired Skills and Experience

The Field Support Business Coach job requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Five years’ experience in sales.
  • Business consulting, coaching and/or training, with a focus on sales and/or operations with documented history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Multi-unit and multi-state experience, with a preference and ability for heavy travel, up to 80%.
  • Health care, home care, or medical staffing experience a plus! We will consider multi-unit restaurant, retail and health care previous employment.
