Currently we’re looking for Part-Time International Career Coaches/Outplacement Professionals to assist with one-on-one coaching and outplacement workshops for lower to executive level professionals in the Düsseldorf area.
Coaches will need the following requirements:
- Career transition, outplacement and change management coaching
- Workshop facilitation and targeted job search strategy, networking, and interview coaching assistance
- 2 + years career coaching including: Career Development, Career Transition and Resume/CV Writing
- Experience having lived/worked abroad and in cross-cultural coaching a plus
- Languages: Fluent written/spoken English
- Knowledge of the local industries and labor market
- Not be working in full-time employment
- Experience with detailed on-line client note taking/status tracking system
- Flexible schedule to deliver services across multiple time zones
- Have a home office/ability to work remotely
- Available for face-to-face coaching as needed.
- Willing to work with clients on a flat fee billing structure.
- Able to work with a diverse population of relocation clients
