Desired Skills and Experience
Business coaching – you are a highly experienced business professional with extensive background of business skills, knowledge and experience, which you share with your group of executives
Mentoring– you act as a trusted mentor to help inspire, challenge and guide executives
Change agent – you will inspire and assist executives to tackle the tough challenges in their business and personal life, impacting positively on the lives of executives and communities
Group Building – ability to commit 25+ hrs a week for 4-6 months to prospect, network, and build a group of executives
