Do you have experience in coaching senior managers in LEAN/Continuous Improvement and do you excel at making others shine? Join us to spend most of your time on coaching executives globally.
Coach executives across the LEGO Group to drive the mind-set
You will play a key role in implementing a Continuous Improvement mind-set and role model behaviour from top level by:
– Building and driving a high-impact coaching program throughout the LEGO Group
– Coaching/intensively training executives, 2 leaders at a time in 4-month periods by “shadowing” them in their daily work to deliver concrete coaching through observations
– Driving tangible and measureable improvements
– Driving and aligning critical activities and co-developing the LEGO Group’s Continuous Improvement (LCI) toolbox to support the global agenda and the 90 persons large LCI Community
– Identifying and sharing best practises, e.g. by training internal consultants on ad hoc basis
This is a role that covers a global span and a high level of travel should be expected.

LEAN/Continuous Improvement coach with perseverance and passion
The soft side of the job is the key to your success. Also your passion to keep momentum on LCI 3 years down the road, to keep renewing ourselves and keep on being relevant to the business will be essential. In order to facilitate this, you:
– Have deep LEAN/Continuous Improvement coaching experience, from more areas than Operations and from more than one company
– Hold international experience, are aware and respectful of cultural differences and have the ability to adjust your coaching style
– Have a track record of building strong relationships with senior management and driving change through engagement
– Hold a BA or Master level degree which has given you the skills to translate the conceptual into something tangible
– Know when to push and when to leave space, and you are flexible in how to implement solutions
