Job Description
The Federal Leadership Institute is currently looking for a Professional Coach to become be part of an integrated team focused on providing executive leadership and performance coaching services to government and commercial clients. We are currently seeking high-energy professionals who are adept at delivering superior client services. Our coaches have a strong understanding of individual differences in the work place and are able to quickly adapt their coaching styles and strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications
-Must be skilled and experience in the International Coach Federation (ICF) coaching core competencies or demonstrate equivalent accomplishment/experience.
-Minimum five years of experience in coaching senior managers and executives.
-Experience in coaching with government and commercial clients is strongly desired.
-Experience coaching groups.
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
