To facilitate learning experiences using the 70:20:10 principle to business teams across multiple sites and business areas. Partner and coach senior managers to create a learning culture and promote team and individual learning.

Learning Coach – The Role

Deliver attitudinal based learning experiences to business teams
Establish 70:20:10 approach to learning
Facilitate first line manager behavioural interventions
Adopt the role of credible learning expert with senior leadership teams
Coach L6 and equivalent managers on all aspects of learning with a particular focus on embedding in the day job
Feed the learning and talent business partner with local insight that drives joined up Eco strategy
Take accountability for development of trainer expert capability and own the delivery model for trainer expert within sponsored site Support design of learning solutions and project coordination where required

Desired Skills and Experience

Learning Coach – The Person

Ability to influence and communicate at a senior Level e.g. Site GM
Track record of influencing and leading change in large scale operational or commercial teams
Ability to coach at senior leader Level (ideally holding coaching accreditation)
Holds a professional qualification in a psychometric or equivalent (coaching or delivery etc)
Ability to confidently and effectively deliver large group learning experiences
Strong underpinning knowledge of learning models and methodology
Previous experience of designing learning materials would be beneficial
Inspirational communication – verbal and written, delivered with enthusiasm and impact
Ability to manage themselves effectively, work across multiple locations and manage multiple workstreams
Must be flexible to travel where required
