We are currently seeking Executive Coach Consultants interested in a 12 month, travel intensive, international contract opportunity.

The focus of the coaching we offer to these clients covers six key areas of concentration: finance, operations, leadership, management, sales and marketing based on the individual business needs. The goal is to help them execute strategic plans for growth. If you have experience coaching performance or consulting around strategy execution at the mid-management and executive level, we want to speak with you about this unique opportunity!

Desired experience for our Executive Coach Consultants:
Bachelor´s Degree or higher
Current or previous successful business ownership
Executive level work history
Real-world business experience and expertise demonstrating hands on success in the six key areas of concentration: finance, operations, leadership, management, sales and marketing
Experience and expertise in consulting with businesses and/or key executives with the purpose of improving their profitability through the six key areas listed above
Strategic, methodical approach to business process improvement
Consultative communication skills with an ability to ask probing and direct questions that inspire action
Willingness to travel extensively internationally
An active passport and credit card with a sufficient credit limit (for reimbursable expenses)
A flexible monthly schedule allowing at least 5 days or more of contract training work internationally over the next 12 months

This is an exciting, year-long project with an opportunity to help small and medium-size businesses grow their businesses into more streamlined, operationally sound, and more profitable companies. SkillPath provides the customer businesses, handles all of the coordination, provides supporting consulting documents and software to track progress with the businesses.
