Sales Coach / Performance Manager (Paris)

This listing is no longer available. _______________________________________We are looking for a highly motivational Manager (with a sales background) who has experience of training / coaching front of house sales staff on customer service & sales improvement.  You will be passionate about training and people development.

You may have held roles in the past like a Retail Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Consultant, Sales Coach, Branch Manager, Area Manager, Station Manager.

The successful candidate will:

• Come from a consulting, retail, car rental, leisure or tourism background.
• You will have previous experience in sales as well as training / COACHING (experience of coaching sales staff such as retail workers, call centre, car rental agents, etc)
• You will be bilingual, with fluent English
• You will be an inspiring, motivational person, with great relationship building skills and good business acumen.  You will have the ability to identify issues and create solutions.

You will be required to:

• Work at different client locations in your region training staff of sales improvement.  You will identify issues, manage change, create solutions.
• Staff motivation.
• Manage successful client relationships.
• Employee training, development as well as creation of client specific sales content and techniques.
• Assist with client recruitment of front of house / counter staff.
• Weekly reporting.

Desired Skills and Experience

You will have:

1. A minimum of 2 years coaching/training experience (as part of your role or all of your role)
2. Ideally some experience of managing staff.
3. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport.
4. Strong team-oriented leadership skills.
5. Experience in sales
6. Ability to attract, evaluate, coach, and advance staff to create an effective organization.
7. Fluent in both English and French
