This listing is no longer available. _______________________________________These are new and unique positions providing leadership coaching at Boeing South Carolina (BSC). This includes supporting all levels of leadership by conducting 1:1 coaching sessions, delivering leadership skill development training, reinforcing learning with follow-on coaching, observing leaders in action to deepen their learning and support their action for personal and professional growth. Be able to organize, lead and complete special projects within challenging deadlines. Serve as a coach and mentor for business partners and fellow practitioners, apply process improvement techniques to continuously improve the BSC Leadership Coaching Program, use problem-solving, analytical and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions to develop leaders while collaborating with leaders and business partners to implement strategies and plans to build the leadership pipeline. This new position will report through the Strategy and Integration HR team at BSC and will partner closely to develop HRGs’ coaching skills. This position will also lead the Coaching strategy through the Develop 2 Deliver program at BSC.

Qualifications

Level 4 – Bachelor’s degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
