Apply knowledge of human capital, talent management, career development, leadership development, workforce planning, and organization development. Assist with building new client capabilities with a particular focus on organization and leadership development and leadership, career, and executive coaching. Assist with identifying opportunities for organization strategy services within a client organization or business area. Participate in delivering strategic consulting and coaching services to clients through the data collection and thematic analysis of an organization or team and the development of recommendations, provide support in facilitation and documents of strategic offsites, retreats, or other OD leadership-related activities, and the development of final reports and final deliverables for clients. Participate in marketing activities, including whitepapers, proposals, and capability briefings, focused on the organization development and leadership coaching. Assist with organizing, archiving, and updating existing intellectual capital within the OD leadership and coaching capability and the development of new client capabilities within the Booz Allen internal team.

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with strategic consulting, communications, human capital consulting focused in organizational development, or process consulting-Experience with process-oriented consulting, facilitation, coaching, and assessments, including MBTI-Experience with project or task management-Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint-Experience with data analysis-Knowledge of key organization development, team development, conflict management, strategic planning, and coaching frameworks
TS/SCI clearance
MA or MS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with team coaching, group coaching, and facilitation-Possession of excellent technical writing skills-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph-MA or MS degree in Organization Development, Organization Behavior, Organization Effectiveness, Behavioral Psychology, or a related field-Coaching Certification through an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited institution
