Indian Eyes, LLC is seeking Executive Coach candidates for positions with a U.S. Federal Government Agency based in Washington, DC.

The requirements of successful candidates are:

1. Has at least a graduate degree (MS, MA, Ph.D.) preferably in relevant behavioral/applied behavioral science such as psychology, organization development, or organizational behavior.

2. Must demonstrate continuous formal learning. Must provide concrete examples

3. Completed advanced coaching training and has attained an advanced professional accreditation in coaching.

4. Has certification(s) and experience in conducting 360 degree assessments. Please list specific certifications held.

5. Is certified in The Leadership Circle Profile.

6. Has certification/qualification in administering other than 360 assessments such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Please list specific certifications held.

7. Has earned public recognition and awards for his/her coaching role in improving organizational cultures. Please be specific.

8. Has at least ten years of experience coaching executives, mid-level managers and professionals in a large organizational setting such as government
