This position is located in Roseville, California.  The Health Coach stratifies member health profiles, accesses their health data, coaches members and coordinates lifestyle interventions to directly influence health outcomes.  S/he joins a dynamic and systemic collaborative approach to health risks and promoting optimal wellbeing in defined populations including employees/dependents and commercial clients.  The Health Coach uses evidence-based and mission-appropriate methods of encouraging intrinsic motivation for health improvements.  S/he actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility for maintaining relationships that are respectful to all. Requires a Bachelors in health promotion, personal training, or nutrition; a certificate in health coaching, personal training, or nutrition accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or International Coaching Federation.
