NextLevel practice is actively searching for Results Facilitators to join our team.
What is a Results Facilitator? Results Facilitators are experienced, professional coaches that work directly with our clients, who are comprised of dentists and their teams. Why the unusual name? Because the RESULTS that our coaches FACILITATE, are so powerful, that we couldn’t help ourselves.
Within the first month of working with a NextLevel Results Facilitator, our clients are having more fun, doing more dentistry and making a bigger difference than ever before.

WHAT WE DO…
The NextLevel Practice business model is crazy simple. In fact, our Founder, Gary Kadi openly shares our methodology in his first book, “Million Dollar Dentistry.” We work with dentists and their teams, to overcome the fear of change, and actually “un-learn” the old-school practice model, making room for the new model, which we call Complete Health Dentistry™.

NextLevel Practice is leading the mobilization of the Complete Health Dentistry™ movement within the dental industry. Simply stated, we’re dedicated to making a difference for dentists and their teams, loved ones, and communities. Want to see what we mean?

HOW WE DELIVER…
Our NYC based Results Facilitators work with current clients using a unique combination of video conferencing along with live events (four per year exclusively for NextLevel clients). As a result, we create an empowering (vs. enabling) environment that produces sustainable results for our doctors and their teams.

Salary is based on experience.
Medical, Vacation AND Bonus begin at 90 days

REQUIREMENTS:
Two years of coaching experience is required. NY Yankee fans and Landmark Education graduates are encouraged to apply!
