Primary Duties And Responsibilities
• The L&D Coach will be responsible for delivering training via live (and virtual) forums as required. In addition, he/she will be responsible for coaching a variety of sales associates to ensure skills are applied and business metrics are being supported. Coaching sessions may also need to be conducted in a remote or virtual environment.
• Utilization of technologies to support virtual classroom and/or coaching forums. Keeping up to date with employed technologies (e.g. Adobe Connect, WebEx, use of WebCams) Responsible for testing and evaluating new tools. Responsible for post-training surveys.
• Understands and employs training and coaching methodologies, knowledge of Adult Learning principles.
• Implements cost-saving measures by recommending and developing efficient processes, completes all necessary pre-work/set-up ahead of time.
• Work closely with the Learning & Development Learning Advisor and Senior Manager to ensure the content is relevant for the needs of the business; Trains a variety of sales associates/job roles and adjusts accordingly.
• Accountable for supporting coaching initiatives. Understands basics of learning transfer principles and is results-focused.
• Willingness to travel. Able to facilitate sessions in a variety of locations, as required
• Understand the business/skills to ensure that they are credible with key examples and case studies within that discipline
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Availability and willingness for significant travel in your region (i.e. up to 2-3 days per week), as dictated by business need
• Flexible and adaptive; energetic and enjoys a fast-paced learning environment
• Demonstrated multi-tasking/organizational and project planning skills are necessary
• Proficiency in MS Office. Advanced level skill in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Effective at collaborating within team environment, across business units and levels
• Strong facilitation and overall communication skills
• Ability to influence, build strong relationships and interact positively as an effective facilitator
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS
• Ability to travel as required

Experience
