Sales Coach
Role Description
You will be part of the Learning & Development Function responsible for maximizing sales performance. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of our “Coaching for Performance” program which aims to build a strong coaching culture and capability across our sales management group. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- a strong business and sales acumen,
- an exceptional ability to coach
- the leadership to challenge mindsets and drive real change.
Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of ServiceSource “Coaching for Performance” program from CNA, through adoption to certification of individuals and teams.
- Support the development of coaching skills across the sales manager group through observation, delivering real feedback and coach the coach sessions.
- Schedule 1:1, team and peer group coaching sessions across all management tiers to drive best practice sales and leadership behaviours.
- Training and certify others to deliver sales territory reviews, skills coaching and development coaching conversations with direct reports and peers.
- Lead high impact coaching skills training workshops and group coaching sessions.
- Work with peers and wider L&D team to build sales, leadership and business collateral and tool-kits
- Partner with Local Sales Centre Head to drive a clear coaching focus on addressing current business and organizational issues.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record in sales and sales leadership in a busy dynamic environment
- Recognized coaching qualification and experience
- Coaching theory and practice: Business, Executive and Performance coaching
- Analytical thinker: the ability to map individuals, operational processes and identify critical factor for success
- Project Management skills: planning and organizing skills with ability to execute multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Change management skills: Manage resistance efficiently, engage and motivate others towards change
- Influencing skills: ability to set a positive energy & atmosphere, and motivate others to continuously improve performance and results
