    The Charfen Institute is looking for a highly driven, intelligent, intuitive problem solver to join our team as a Business Coach.

    What is the Charfen Institute?
    The Charfen Institute is a leading business education and consulting company whose training and coaching products provide entrepreneurs with the tools and inspiration to exponentially grow their businesses.

    So what exactly are we looking for?
    The Charfen Coach is responsible for building client confidence and improving the business performance of our clients. Our context-based coaching system focuses on client strengths, helping them move their lives and businesses forward. Coaches facilitate our client’s progress by establishing positive beliefs and utilizing our content to build their businesses, primarily through coaching and instruction on live, one-on-one calls, and also by co-creating curriculum and content for our clients.
    You will be working from our corporate office in SW Austin, TX

    What does a Business Coach do at the Charfen Institute?
    The Coach will be responsible for the following while on boarding as a coach:
    Complete all content videos and quizzes on material: must test at 90% or better
    Complete 4x/week on boarding videos for 30 days: pass quizzes with 90% or better
    Memorize and recall 90% of our coaching models
    Co-create 90 day goals with mentor coach

    Once a Coach is working with clients they will:
    Conducting client coaching calls as contracted.
    Submit end of day/week client summaries to mentor coach
    One on one bi-weekly mentor call
    Attend weekly coaching meetings
    Establish weekly regular call availability times in Outlook
    Set up client on bi-weekly reminder sequence in CRM
    Send call follow up email through our CRM immediately after call
    Update metrics shee tweekly
    Connected empathy: meeting the client where they are, not where you want them to be
    Attend your own coaching call
    Bi-weekly activity on coaching FB page to engage clients
    Attend monthly Group Webinars
    Communicate client concerns to mentor coach the day of client call

    Am I Qualified?
    3-7 years of experience; blend of corporate, real estate experience is a plus
    Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
    Excellent organizational& time management skills
    Ability to recognize friction points in client communication and drive to discover appropriate action items to solve friction points.
    The successful candidate will be highly motivated, accountable and flexible, and value variety in his or her daily job

    How will I know I’m doing a great job?
    Maintain: client fulfillment, satisfaction and retention based on quarterly assessments
    Be present on all scheduled client calls
    Maintain 75% retention of assigned clients over one year
    Measure and be able to demonstrate tangible client success
