CGH has an exciting  opportunity for a seasoned Organizational Effectiveness Coach to join the CGH  Team.

    The Organizational   Effectiveness Coach will be charged with conducting individual and organizational   assessments to provide coaching to executives, management teams and others.   They will also provide thought leadership, support and guidance to clients on   organizational assessment/design and strategic planning. The individual will   also be responsible for building best practices and common methodologies into   the overall coaching program at the FAA, and helping to institutionalize   those behaviors.

    The Coach  will ensure flawless execution of client solutions and other deliverables  through project planning, managing project deadlines, and providing updates   on project status to project team, senior leaders and clients.

    Responsibilities

      •   Will   be the Organizational Effectiveness Coach for up to 20 engagements annually.
      •   Collaborate   with clients and customers to define initial values, goals and develop   objectives, ground rules, success metrics, and coaching methodology.
      •   Be   flexible and adjustable, able to develop and recommend strategies in   real-time based on the customers’ needs.
      •   Administer   internal or commercial assessments to help define a development plan, help   the participant define developmental needs, and recommend/suggest best   practice options (beyond coaching) for further development.
      •   Provide   individual coaching services and summarize coaching activity with regard to   hours of preparation, one-on-one coaching, issues and other items to be   determined.
      •   Summarize   assessment data and observations about trends within the organizations served
      •   Facilitate,   capture, and document discussion items, outcomes, and results of programmatic   meetings/discussions with program staff, stakeholders, senior leaders,   subject matter experts, customers, and others
      •   Demonstrate   deep understanding for the FAA, its vision for the future, and its operations  to  ensure that all recommendations   and activities directly support and enable both individual and  organizational  success
      •  Possess  a record of outstanding client and customer service, and demonstrate an understanding for the role of the Consultant
      •   Identify new service opportunities and lines of business related to project
      •   Assist in the development of new and expansion service opportunities and lines of  business
      • Participate  in proposal development, preparation, review and presentation to client.   Participate in start-up activities


    Number   Of Years Experience Required

      •   Minimum  of seven years of relevant experience (executive-level assessment, leadership   development, coaching, talent management consulting)

    Minimum Education   and Certifications Required:

      •   Bachelor’s   Degree Required
      •   Graduation  from an International Coach Federation (ICF) recognized coaching school,  prefer ICF coaching certification at least at the PCC level or equivalent.

    Technical Skills  Required:

      • Proficient with Microsoft  Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Experience consulting and working with executive-level audiences and gaining support of senior leaders through effective presentations and consulting to recommend courses of action to improve organization performance
    • Executive/leadership coaching  certification required
    • Management or team leadership experience required
    • Business development experience highly  desired
      •   There will be up to 25% travel within the U.S.

    • Possesses deep knowledge in own area of expertise, duties are varied and also require a broad knowledge base to perform.
    • At associate director level, is highly seasoned and recognized for their expertise within and outside the business unit. Is “at the table” with management and influences when key business issues are discussed affecting the development of their designated client group
    • Receives general direction rather than supervision. Work is reviewed for results achieved

    Qualifications

    Experience

    • A minimum of 10-12 years related work experience

    Education

    • Advanced degree or equivalent work experience
    • Must have graduated from International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited school
    • ACC, PCC or MCC accreditation preferred
    • Advanced degree or equivalent work experience
    • Mastery in the following key skills:Coaching, consulting, facilitation, supporting and leading change, strategic and conceptual thinking, influencing, project management.

  • Writing Coach-Manager – India

    The Writing Coach role meets with CEB India staff to evaluate their writing abilities and coach them toward creating succinct, engaging, and grammatically correct publications and presentations (including research studies, marketing materials, on-screen presentations, web content, e-mails, and e-learning modules). The Coach evaluates staff skills in order to create and present 1-1 training curriculum and monthly group training curriculum (with support from Editorial Manager and Learning & Development, US and India). Subjects of expertise include writing, grammar, style, and voice. Additional responsibilities may include other writing assessment duties, as assigned.

    Responsibilities

    Training and Coaching

    • Assess and monitor the writing and grammar training needs of staff, evaluating staff on initial meeting and analyzing their progress across subsequent meetings. Work with each participant to create a coaching plan. Provide clear, effective, timely responses to in-the-moment inquiries.
    • Research, create, and facilitate the appropriate training for staff via monthly classroom sessions and ongoing 1-1 coaching sessions. Lead training on editing, self-proofing, and writing in CEB voice. Analyze training needs across staff and at individual levels to identify gaps between current and desired performance.
    • Gracefully yet pointedly deliver writing feedback to all levels of research staff, helping them noticeably improve their writing quality.
    • Perform expert rewrites. Act as ultimate staff resource on style, writing, grammar, punctuation, composition, and editing questions. Understand the founding principles of writing for a business audience and teach them to others.
    • Research, create, and deploy the most effective writing checklists, takeaways, and guidelines to improve writing quality and knowledge. Maintain a database for easy staff access.

    Project Management and Analysis

    • Develop and maintain practice and overall reports each month that highlight areas for improvement, average session scores, participation, and score breakdowns by error type.
    • Meet monthly with practice leads to discuss the respective practice’s writing challenges and suggest next steps. Partner with practice leads and L&D lead to devise strategies for staff participation and optimum learning.
    • Able to work with limited supervision to lead, guide, and coordinate others across the India office.
    • Ensure consistent, high-quality service by developing and maintaining dedicated, strong relationships with clients. Negotiate with clients on timelines and project task specifications.
    • Assess program usage and strategize how to increase participation if necessary. Create and deploy communication strategy (in-person meetings, e-mails, office townhall, etc.) to boost staff understanding of best ways to take advantage of coaching.
    • Participate in the ongoing review and evaluation of the writing center.
    • Track sessions and survey responses through Pathfinder and other related duties.

    Candidate Attributes

    • Demonstrated expert written and verbal English and communication skills, including rewriting, composition, grammar, vocabulary, editing, spelling, and punctuation

    Main challenges

    • Provide specialized, strategic coaching for Mortgage Development Managers (MDM).
    • Assist the sales managers in increasing competency in different aspects, in order to attain expected sales targets and maintain a satisfactory level of quality.
    • Promote the MDM function within the organization and play an active role in creating programs and work methods to encourage the development and upgrading of skills.

    Specifically, you will :

    • Provide specialized, strategic coaching in all aspects of mortgage loans and related products to MDMs.
    • Help managers and MDMs identify sales activities and tactics that could help them reach their sales objectives and meet client’s needs.
    • Provide technical assistance in carrying out mortgage-related transactions and help structure unusual or more complex transactions.
    • Ensure the implementation of new procedures (e.g., insurance, identification, indexation and compliance).
    • Assist MDMs in devising customized sales approaches to meet client’s needs.
    • Develop MDM skills for the use of different tools relative to mortgages.
    • Transmit further relevant information to managers to help them support their decision regarding performance evaluation and personal development plans.
    • Assist managers evaluate the profile and competency level of candidates they meet with during the staffing process, and make recommendations for personalized development plans to be used to facilitate the integration of selected candidates.

    Qualifications

    • Completed Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of relevant experience or completed Master’s degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience or PUB 1st cycle and 7 years pertinent experience
    • Experience as a Mortgage Development Managers (MDM) or equivalent experience in credit
    • Experience in sales and customer service

    • Good knowledge of mortgage products
    • Good knowledge of the credit norms, an asset
