The Advisory National Pursuit Team, NPT, is responsible for coaching and driving the firm’s largest and most significant pursuit opportunities within the Advisory line of service. Working at a senior level, this team serves as the Lead Pursuit Strategist/Executive Coach for the largest, most complex, and global brand-defining sales opportunities. The NPT Director leads the pursuit process and coaches the client service teams on: strategic competitive issues; key messaging; team selection; client meetings and interactions; presentation substance and style; differentiated value proposition development; proposal development; oral presentations; and follow-through to close. This interaction is with the senior team members and interfaces directly with the members of the USLT, Industry/Sector Leaders, Global Relationship Partners, and Senior Relationship Partners. This links to, and drives, the firm’s Pursuit Framework to deliver optimal performance and to consistently execute the winning strategies of the NPT and the Pursuit methodology.

    Thought leader specialization in a sector/sub-sector or specific solution/product;

    Innovation and the creation and sharing of latest winning practices are critical to the role;

    Performance of leadership roles and activities for a team, especially prior success leading certain sectors and/or solution connectivity and strategies, depending on specialization, that include business solutions, services or industries-i.e. large scale ERP implementations, organization-wide transformations, and industry sectors solutions management;

    Collaboration, especially sharing optimal industry practices and providing and guidance, with broader teams and/or networks, particularly within a highly-matrix business environment across both national and local business markets;

    Continuous improvement, including the sharing and identification of latest innovative techniques across business teams and stakeholders across a highly-matrix national and global business; and,

    We currently have an opportunity for a Life Enhancement Coach in our Tucson, AZ location.

    Scope

    Responsible for providing group and individual coaching to guests participating in the health and wellness programs at the Life Enhancement Center.

    Provides educational lectures and workshops based on established principles of wellness coaching and the Life Enhancement Program; helping guests to establish and achieve their lifestyle goals.
    Through collaboration with other Canyon Ranch health professionals, develop and update educational materials including program guide/manual to assist guests with personal discovery and goal setting.
    Provides additional support and guidance to guests with special needs, complex health concerns or on extended stays while referring to other health professionals as appropriate.
    Develops and maintains follow-up contact with past guests to check on progress, provide support and to encourage return visits.
    Serves in a supportive role to the LEC program advising team by assisting with pre-arrival phone calls, intake consultations and guests with special needs.

    Qualifications

    Education: College degree relating to counseling, coaching, education or health and wellness; distance, group and in-person coaching certification preferred. Master’s Degree preferred.
    Certification/License: Individuals with the following coaching certifications, or similar, are highly desired: International Coach Federation, Behavioral Coaching Institute, Certified Coaches Alliance, Institute for Professional Excellence in Coach Training, and the International Association of Coaching.
    Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience working with clients (in-person or online) on various issues related to lifestyle change, such as fitness, stress management, weight management, smoking cessation.
    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Personable , good listening skills, dynamic and skilled public speaker, ability to manage, follow through and follow up, experience working with clients managing the “5 Stages of Change”, motivational interviewing, conducting in-take and wrap up consults, managing large case load. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills. Must possess excellent assessment and judgment ability. Needs to establish rapport easily with a wide range of clients and rapidly provide solution-focused coaching. Ability to work independently as well as with an integrative team of health professionals. Must be guest-service oriented and able to work effectively under pressure. Must have excellent writing skills with emphasis on educational and coaching modalities.
