Integrating with the business, and implementing best-in-class teaching practices, this function supports and enables higher quality, and more relevant learning that is aligned with high performing teams. The Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence (LC CoE) is a key component of the Partner & Leadership Development (PLD) team within the Learning & Development organization. The LC CoE is dedicated to the development and advancement of the Firm’s high potential staff and emerging leaders as well as contributing to the overall elevation of coaching as a competency across Human Capital and the US practice.

    Position/Program Requirements:
    Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 6
    Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
    Degree Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Psychology, Masters in Organizational Design, MBA or other counseling degree with executive coaching experience.
    Certification(s) Preferred: Professional Executive Coaching certification from a reputable, International Coach Federation (ICF) recognized, coach training program, International Coach Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level or above.

    Knowledge Preferred:
    Demonstrates intimate knowledge of, and/or proven record of success in, learning and development and human capital in a partnership structure, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, emphasizing the following:
    – Earning trust, establishing credibility and maintaining confidentiality in order to be effective and agile in supporting leadership development efforts;
    – Understanding of executive coaching, group coaching and facilitation plus, a broad understanding of learning and development, leadership development and human capital in order to be a credible and relevant resource for helping to create behavioral change; and,
    – Understanding of talent and people management with deep technical/functional experience in executive coaching, group coaching, leadership development, facilitation and team dynamics to support the firm’s purpose and help to build leaders at all levels.

    Skills Preferred:
    Demonstrates intimate abilities, and/or proven record of success in, learning and development and human capital in a partnership structure, preferably for a global network or professional services firms, emphasizing the following:
    – Effectively coaching and developing millennials, managers, directors and/or emerging leaders, tailoring coaching support to their specific needs, leadership and personal challenges, thereby accelerating their personal development and enabling them to contribute at the highest level throughout their careers;
    – Aligning and seamlessly integrating with Human Capital (HC) and the Talent Transformation strategy supporting relevant HC pillar priorities, building out their coaching capacity and supporting a continued cultural shift toward real time development;
    – Facilitating and conducting group coaching at leadership development sessions/programs with both large and small groups of staff at various levels in their career, across all business lines;
    – Engaging in, and supporting, a wide range of US and possibly global firm-wide strategic programs and initiatives;
    – Building, managing and leveraging key relationships with staff, managers, partners, HC and other firm leadership to drive the most effective and efficient alignment of the Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence (LC CoE) strategy across the firm;
    – Working autonomously and influencing without direct authority, liaising and coordinating with individuals, teams and various stakeholders across all parts of the firm to bring the LC CoE mission to life and meet stated objectives;
    – Creating high quality, high impact deliverables appropriate for partners, firm leaders and other key stakeholders and be viewed as adding extensive value;
    – Working closely and collaborating with LC CoE directors, the LC CoE Leader and other Partner Leadership Development team members to achieve state goals and objectives which support the firm’s purpose; and,
    – Delivering relevant assessment tools, as needed, to support a customized leadership development experience for all individuals, teams and programs supported by the LC CoE.

    Additional Information:
    Location is flexible. Travel is 35-75% (depending on home office location).
