  • Executive Coach

    Key duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    – Continue to develop and grow the Executive and Leadership Coaching practice with in the customer agency.
    – Create effective marketing and communication strategy to raise awareness of the coaching program and all that it has to offer as well as to attract clients.
    – Conduct one on one Executive and Leadership coaching sessions for high potential and senior level leaders.
    – Conduct group coaching sessions.
    – Conduct IC 360 assessments and provide debriefing coaching sessions.
    – Support leadership development activities and programs in other parts of the client organization including workshops, classes and panel discussions.
    – Coordinate and schedule all activities associated with running the coaching program.
    – Track participation and progress of participants.
    – Provide weekly and monthly reports of program activities.

    Qualifications:

    **MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND CURRENTLY POSSESS AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLY**

    Required Skills:

    – Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
    – Bachelor’s degree
    – Minimum 5 years’ experience in the IC
    – ICF certification or other independent certifying body for professional coaching
    – Knowledge of policies and practices regarding career development and performance management / expectations.
    – Comprehensive knowledge / experience with project management and implementation of executive coaching programs, which may include the Federal Government, the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and/or the private sector.
    – Specific expertise in the design, development and implementation of executive coaching, group coaching, action learning schemas, and feedback executive coaching schemas for senior executive-level leaders and high performing GS-14 and 15 employees.
    – In depth professional expertise regarding group coaching and action learning, including career management, personal and leader development / growth, and adult learning.
    – Depth and demonstrated knowledge of and expertise in analysis of 360 psychometric instruments to determine, identify and evaluate trends in personal / leader development.

    Desired Skills:

    – 5+ years’ experience in the IC
    – In depth professional expertise and advanced credentials / certification in executive level coaching, including career management, personal and leader development / growth, and adult learning.
    – An advanced degree in a related discipline to the position description.
    – Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while working collaboratively with customers and stakeholders.
    – Demonstrated ability to develop and conduct leadership workshops and team building offsites

    Maryland University of Integrative Health is seeking a unique individual to serve as Program Director for the Health and Wellness Coaching programs, which includes a Master of Arts degree and a post-baccalaureate certificate. The Program Director will serve as both an administrative and academic leader for these programs and should demonstrate coaching skills which include an observed level of partnership, accountability, empathy, and compassion that is expressed in everyday interactions. The position reports to the Academic Director, Health Philosophy and Promotion.

    Responsibilities/Duties
    Responsibilities/duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Manage and administer the Master’s degree and post-baccalaureate certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching including overall strategic planning, budget development, and program review
    • Serve as the content expert for health and wellness coaching both internally and externally
    • Ensure coaching programs meets the standards set by accrediting bodies and credentialing organizations
    • Work closely with the Academic Director to further the MUIH Health and Wellness Coaching programs, evaluate, develop and/or revise as needed to meet market demands
    • Participate in student recruitment efforts:
    • Conduct online synchronous information sessions and webinars
    • Identify faculty to lead webinars on special topics related to health coaching
    • Participate in marketing and admissions events on-campus at MUIH
    • Respond to prospective student inquiries and follow-up for coaching program, including coordination with other academic departments
    • Lead academic program reviews as required for accreditation and approval
    • Recruit, hire, develop, and build a cohesive team of coaching faculty
    • Provide on-going support, orientation, and community-building for both online and on-campus coaching faculty
    • Serve as MUIH liaison to National Consortium for the Credentialing of Health and Wellness Coaches (NCCHWC) and the International Coach Federation (ICF)
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications
    Required:

    • Master’s degree or higher in coaching or related field
    • Experience with personnel management and evaluation, budget management, curriculum development and evaluation, and program development and delivery
    • Superior communications skills both oral and written
    • Expert ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities in fast paced environment
    • Proven ability to exercise a high degree of diplomacy, discretion, and collaboration
    • Solid knowledge MS Office suite
    • Alignment with the University’s mission and values

    Preferred:

    • 5+ years of administrative/program coordination experience
    • 3+ years of instructional experience (teaching and/or training) in higher education or related environment
    • ICF Coaching Certification (ACC, PCC, MCC)

    The Leadership and Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for design, development and delivery of a sustainable coaching culture within the Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Americas region resulting in improved performance across all functional areas. This role is responsible for recommending, developing and implementing meaningful tactics to achieve strategic goals as they relate to leadership development in the Americas region and will work closely with the management team to provide insight, resources, tools and actions.

    Task Description / Performance Expectations
    • Design an overall coaching and mentoring strategy for MBFS including the definition of success criteria, and roll out plans with the internal coaching team and HR organization.
    • Management: Manage HR Coaching team in Ft. Worth to implement the coaching and mentoring strategy in the MBFS Americas organization
    • Develop and implement coaching and mentoring programs for the MBFS organization resulting in improved individual and functional performance. Design and deliver initiatives and activities that generate and sustain a coaching culture at MBFS. Consult with management on the development of effective coaching plans. Develop and report on measures (KPIs) to manage the effectiveness of coaching and mentoring programs.
    • Collaborate with MBFS Executive Leadership team to provide guidance and assist in meeting organizational learning objectives as they relate to leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Promote transparency in organizational effectiveness by providing regular reports to MBFS management on coaching and mentoring KPIs.
    • Collaborate with Human Resources team on integrating and marketing internal and external initiatives as they relate to performance and career coaching, culture initiative and leadership development within the US and Americas region.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    BA/BS is required. MA/MBA preferred, recommended majors include:

    Applicant must be certified in one or more of the following: Certified professional coach with an accredited organization (i.e. International Coach Federation (ICF)); Myers-Briggs Certification; Gallup Strengths Coaching Certification, Hay Group
