  • Business and Organizational Performance Coach

    CACI has two contingent openings for Business and Organizational Performance Coaches in our Bremerton, WA location. These individuals will serve as coaches and assist executives, managers, and supervisors to apply the principles of a learning organization, accelerate development, and improve individual and team performance. Duties include retrieving, interpreting, and reporting relevant performance data and metrics, incorporating strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities. Daily interactions with coached individuals will include: active listening and providing constructive feedback; resolving conflicts; promoting work group engagement and accountability; meeting facilitation; interviewing; training; and delivering oral and written reports. Work will be conducted individually and as part of a team. The work will be performed outdoors, shipboard, in a back shop, and field office environment. At times coach will be tasked with climbing ladders and accessing constrained spaces.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Must have eight years of relevant experience in organizational development, change management, supervisory leadership or process and performance improvement.
    • Must have outstanding interpersonal skills.
    • The candidate must have strong problem-solving and systems-thinking abilities.
    • Must be able to work independently in an active industrial environment. This includes the ability to climb ladders and access constrained spaces.
    • The candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • The ideal candidate would possess an industry recognized performance coaching certification (International Coaching Federation, International Association of Coaching, etc.), experience in process and performance improvement, and experience in change management. Military leadership experience is a plus.
    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, Management, Organizational Leadership, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Resource Development, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related scientific or technical discipline is preferred.
    • Possess a professional designation in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, etc.).
    • Masters degree preferred.

  • Sr Consultant, Leadership Development

Provides coaching for high-performing/high potential managers and above across the organization. Partners with the HR Business Partners and business leaders on talent related strategies and initiatives. Leverages executive coaching competencies to develop leaders who can effectively coach and develop others; creating a strong talent pipeline for current and future business needs.

    Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

    Responsibilities

    • Leads the implementation of a broad range of talent initiatives such as talent review & succession planning, high potential programs and individual leadership coaching within an assigned line of business.
    • Manages the enterprise leadership development framework, initiative and suite of services with a business unit.
    • Consults with business unit’™s senior management on leadership development needs, strategies and initiatives that target the development of leadership competencies
    • Manages and delvers programs by becoming grounded in materials, facilitating sessions, discussions and action plans
    • Connects client to appropriate programs to meet business objectives
    • Advises during the preparation of the communication for cascading messages
    • Coaches high performing/high potential leaders
    • Collaborates on the creation of development and action plans that support and challenge client’™s thoughts and actions.
    • Continues coaching sessions and observations to promote growth
    • Places client in contact with resources to drive action planning
    • Provides feedback on progress including both strengths and areas if improvement.

    Qualifications

    • 7 + years of OD/L&D proficiency – knowledge of OD/L&D theory, demonstrated ability to apply theory, adult learning approaches and leadership development.
    • 7+ years of program delivery/facilitation skills – experienced in the delivery of leadership and skill building workshops
    • Strong consulting and coaching background
    • Strong understanding and the application of management/leadership development philosophies, processes and programs.
    • Interpersonal/Communication skills ‘“ highly developed ability to build relationships and strategic alliances with management to implement change solutions.
    • Coaching Skills ‘“ skilled at leadership and development coaching of high performing and high potential leaders
    • Initiative/Creativity/Analytical Skills ‘“ demonstrated ability to observe and accurately diagnose leadership opportunities within a team and for individuals.
    • Facilitating Change ‘“ has previous experience as a change management champion, including helping leaders embrace and dive significant organizational change.

    Education
    Minimum Required

    • Bachelor’™s Degree

    License or Certification
    SHRM or International Coach Federation. DDI leadership courses, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Executive Coaching or other development tools.

    Minimum Qualifications
    • At least 18 years of age.• Legally authorized to work in the United States.• High School Diploma or GED.• Pre-employment background screen.
