    Job Description

    RiseSmarts Executive Transition service is an alternative to traditional Executive Outplacement – it is an effective and efficient transition management solution focused on what transitioning executives need most: a new job.

    The Executive Career Coach is responsible for supporting via telephone and email RiseSmarts Executive Clients through their career transition. The Executive Career Coach will also act as liaison to other RiseSmart service providers including resume writers, job search specialists and technical support. In addition, the Executive Career Coach is responsible for expertly coaching clients on their job search strategy and providing them services including mock interviews, interview preparation, offer evaluation and salary negotiation coaching, information on networking best practices and other support as requested.

    Desired Skills

    • 8 years experience coaching C-Level Executives through all aspects of career transition

    Executive Peer Experience

    Diverse professional background including corporate experience (in addition to coaching background)

    Bachelors Degree a must, Master degree strongly desired

    Advanced coaching certifications strongly desired

    Ability to provide testimonials from successful coaching engagements with C-Level Executives strongly desired

    Experience coaching executives on entrepreneurship and creative retirement strongly desired

    Recruiting background strongly desired

    Other Requirements

    Excellent communication (written and oral), listening, multi-tasking and organizational skills.

    Excellent rapport building skills a natural ability to make clients feel cared about

    No dental industry experience? That’s okay! We prefer to begin with a blank slate and choose to work with candidates that have successful coaching experience, rather than dental industry experience. Then, we provide thorough training & support to get you up to speed within your first 90 days.

    OUR PURPOSE

    THE ROLE OF THE NEXTLEVEL RESULTS FACILITATOR
    + Our Results Facilitators consult dentists and their teams, on how to implement our proprietary Complete Health Dentistry business model.
    + Depending on your abilities, you will be responsible for 20-40 dental clients.
    + You’ll be transforming dentists from being “problem fixers” to “complete health advocates” who are committed to delivering dentistry that makes a difference for their patients overall health.
    + You’ll be delivering coaching using a combination of videoconferencing technology and live events (3-5 per year), to overcome barriers and beliefs holding back the natural results that lie in the practice already.
    + You’ll be implementing NextLevel methodology using systems, tools and processes that deliver truly sustainable results.
    + With your clients, you’ll be stating clear agreements with specific outcomes, and then measuring, monitoring and refining as needed to ensure results.

    WHAT WE OFFER
    Total compensation is based on experience. Base salary ranges from 40-65k, plus performance based incentive, available after successful completion of 90 day apprentice period. At 90 days, team members are also eligible for medical and vacation.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    + At least 2 years of successful coaching experience.
    + Work from our New York, NY office, Monday thru Friday. Note that there are no remote opportunities available at this time.
    + Personal integrity, impeccable reliability and professionalism.
    + High energy and a positive outlook.
    + Proven experience driving results as an individual, as well as part of a team.
    + You speak both English and Spanish fluently.
