These multi-faceted services, which are provided to clients at all career levels, include career advisement, coaching, and/or consulting primarily by telephone and via email, with occasional face-to-face interaction. Acclimation and life/transition assistance is a necessary bi-product of our career coaching expertise. Ongoing, proactive client monitoring by the consultant is important.
    COACHES WILL NEED 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AND FIT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

    • Native Swiss German or bilingual Swiss German/English language skills

    • Some experience in cross-cultural coaching or global mobility.

    THE ROLE OF THE NEXTLEVEL RESULTS FACILITATOR

    +      Our Results Facilitators consult dentists and their teams, on how to implement our proprietary Complete Health Dentistry business model.

    +      Depending on your abilities, you will be responsible for 20-40 dental clients.

    +      You’ll be transforming dentists from being “problem fixers” to “complete health advocates” who are committed to delivering dentistry that makes a difference for their patients overall health.

    +      You’ll be delivering coaching using a combination of videoconferencing technology and live events (3-5 per year), to overcome barriers and beliefs holding back the natural results that lie in the practice already.

    +      You’ll be implementing NextLevel methodology using systems, tools and processes that deliver truly sustainable results.

    +      With your clients, you’ll be stating clear agreements with specific outcomes, and then measuring, monitoring and refining as needed to ensure results.
