Most people think of this kind of position as “Customer Support”, but that doesn’t
cut it for us.

We LOVE to surprise and delight our clients.

This is a part time position, working up to 20 hours per week in the beginning, that
has the potential for additional hours up to full time.

=> You’re a friendly, people-person that loves helping others and loves making someone’s day
=> You love coaching and personal growth, and have some coaching experience or familiarity
=> You are persuasive (FSTS training a big plus)
=> You are incredibly detail oriented
=> You like talking on the phone, and communicating via email
=> You like to think ahead and go the extra mile for people
=> You’re an independent thinker and a creative problem solver
=> You take responsibility and drive projects to completion

Here’s what you’ll be doing on our team…

-> Help people access their current programs
-> Answer questions about programs they are interested in
-> Problem-solve challenges that clients are facing
-> Recommend programs that could be a good fit –
-> ‘Spot coach’ clients that are struggling

Advancement potential. Our former full time General Manager worked her way up from
client, to intern, to VA, to Project Manager, to General Manager.

There’s room to grow with us.
