    Based from Leeds, the role will encompass the strategic design of coaching and management development in line with the organisations needs and ambitions.
    Partnering with a range of stakeholders, the People & Change Consultant will have extensive experience in designing and delivering of project deliverables across a changing client base.
    Utilising a range of evaluation techniques, delivering L&D and OD solutions and coaching either one on one or in a team environment
    Effectively contributing to the development of workforce optimisation methodology and workforce intelligence.
    Designing and supporting e-learning methods and working with learning management systems
    Combining project based work and business consulting, the chosen candidate will thrive in a changing environment
    Supporting the management of the performance management cycle and supporting the delivery of the employee engagement plan

    The Successful Applicant

    The chosen candidate will have extensive experience across OD, L&D, deigning, delivering and implementing effective OD solutions, behavioural change, large scale transformation projects and workforce intelligence
    The role will be based from Leeds, West Yorkshire, and therefore you will need to be within commuting distance of Leeds city centre
    CIPD qualification is essential, ILM coaching certificate and educated to degree level is desirable

    Requirements
    High compentence in marketing and sales strategy.
    Previous business coaching is a MUST.
    Life coaching is a bonus, but we will not hire someone who is stricly a life coach.

    Must have experience working with multiple business styles, traditional, online, and network marketing.

    Compensation $55-75 per hour depending on experience
    5 hours per week starting with ability to move up to 15 hours per week as we potentially funnel more clients your direction.

    • Implement talent strategies/initiatives to achieve business objectives in line with the overall firm Group Strategy
    • Create solutions for key stakeholder needs by collaborating with executive business leaders to establish desired succession plans and management of priority talent through to Talent Pools

    We are looking to train someone to utilize our time tested program to facilitate group and 1:1 coaching which will help create massive success and happiness in our clients lives.

    This is an in-house coaching position. We are looking for someone to coach our clients. We will be paying someone approx. $100 an hour to coach. This is a high-level position, and we value it more than any other in our organization.

    We have 3 coaches at this time and will be very particular about adding this fourth coach.

    We need someone to coach, teach and train individuals, and organization, through video and phone, utilizing The Brandon Barber Coaching Group’s curriculum, products and books.

    You will receive The Brandon Barber Coaching Groups manuals, speaking scripts, workbooks, powerpoint presentations, and facilitator’s guides.
    We will provide you the clientele to coach. You are not paying us to become an independent coach. This is a hired position to join our team and work directly with us.

The incumbent will serve as an executive coach to provide customized assessment feedback and short-term executive coaching to Agency leaders for both individuals and teams.

    Candidates should have several years of experience providing:
    – leadership assessment results and interpretations;
    – executive coaching related to assessments and creation of development plans;
    – assessment and coaching services to front-line and mid-level leaders and leader teams.

    The individual selected for this position must be a team player who is self-motivated, and service-oriented. Discretion and confidentiality are critical, making credentials such as licensure in psychology highly desirable and certification in executive coaching necessary. Ideal opportunity for someone with experience and a desire to grow as an executive coach and eventually work with senior leaders.
