Executive Coach – Most Valuable Employee Program

Acquire Learning and Acquire Careers assist individuals into education, talking to them about their goals and assisting them in being the best that they can be in finding their ideal role and excelling in their profession. The Most Valuable Employee (MVE) is a program to assist employers, and their employees develop and optimise their skills and roles as valuable team members. The program also helps employer’s ability to retain team members and ensure employees remain long-term MVEs within the business.

The MVE program is also designed to help entrepreneur’s up-skill as business owners and future leaders, enhancing professional development and business-building capabilities.

Due to our growing success, we are seeking a passionate and inspirational Coach to deliver the Most Valuable Employee (MVE) program, to existing employees within businesses of our Acquire Local Business Network. The successful candidate will have a number of years’ experience in the coaching industry and excellent mentoring skills both over the phone and face to face. Working closely with the National Sales Manager for Education and the Careers Department, the successful candidate will ideally will have experience coaching others within a business environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high levels of coaching and mentoring, representing the Acquire Brand at all times
  • Ensuring compliance and quality of sale including high-level coaching expertise and extra learning tools
  • Working with employees and employers to identify areas of improvement and create/execute improvement plans going forward
  • Ensuring you possess and maintain a high level of knowledge of processes and the education and training offerings of the company’s providers
  • Maintaining usage of standard template emails and marketing material in accordance with the company and their providers’ guidelines
  • Using internal technology and systems in the correct manner in keeping with all training manuals and documents provided
  • Achieving KPI’s

Desired skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business Coach/Mentor position
  • Experience working within business/corporate environments
  • Proven experience achieving KPI’s and targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
