This is a newly created role due to growth and forms part of our senior leadership team. Your key role will be to educate, mentor and support franchisees in operations, delivering practical help in order for them to grow sales and profitability.

Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for a person who is confident with financial data, with good analytical skills to help franchisees see where and how business improvements can be made. You will have exceptional communication skills, being able to build long term relationships, present new initiatives, negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively. Knowledge of franchise models would be advantageous.

We are offering an excellent salary package and the opportunity to be part of a fast growing company, making a difference to kids lives throughout Australia. This is a full time role however we would consider part time, 3 days per week for the right person.
