We seek immediately to hire an experienced sales coach on a contract basis to work on this project.

Requirements And Responsibilities

A proven track record of driving culture change and world-class results as a sales coach—coaching and training call center sales reps and supervisors in sales, customer service and customer retention—in the wireless industry.
At least five years of experience in call center sales coaching in the wireless industry.
A professional who loves to help sales people succeed, lights up a room with energy and enthusiasm and is an exceptional leader.
Responsible for coaching and training sales reps and supervisors using specific coaching tactics (such as side-by-side coaching, skill-transfer, team sales meetings and one-on-one sessions) and proprietary methodologies developed by Robert C. Davis and Associates to drive key sales metrics.
Some travel required.
