The person in this position will coach leaders to help them improve their job performance and partner with them, when applicable, to intervene at an individual and/or group level.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Requires use of electronic mail, time and attendance software, learning management software and intranet.
    Must adhere to all DCH Health System policies and procedures.

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    Required

    Bachelor’s degree in leadership, business coaching, organizational development or equivalent required..
    Minimum of International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential required,
    At least (2) years of coaching experience, both individual and group coaching.
    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
    Uses good judgement in decision-making.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    Proficient in presentation skills.
    Experience in teaching and/or presenting in front of a group.
    Must be able to type 20 wpm
    Demonstrates competence with supervision, program administration, and interpersonal skills.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and comprehend English.

    Preferred

    Master’s degree in leadership, business coaching, organizational development or equivalent.
    Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Co-develop and execute on the vision, mission, guiding principles, goals and tactics for leadership development at all levels across the company.

    • Lead the approach for leadership development at all levels in the company including high potential development strategies and execution.

    • Create, launch and lead an assessment and talent calibration methodology across all leadership levels.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: At least 8 years of experience in talent development, learning and development or HR consulting within the Leadership & Development space. Must have deep expertise in management and leadership development e.g. knowledge of core learning theories, frameworks, assessments etc. The successful candidate will have previously developed high impact assessments and leadership development programs from scratch and have demonstrated positive impact for the business.

    • Full-cycle Delivery: You should understand and have developed learning evaluation methodologies, conducted needs analysis, designed & developed learning programs, and facilitated experiential learning programs.

    • Relationship Building: Ability to build deep relationships and partner both cross-functionally and globally. Strong executive presence and business acumen.

    • Budget Management: Experience of setting and accurately managing a budget

    • Environment: Experience working in a high tech, high-paced, hyper growth environment

    • Attitude: Confident yet humble, flexible, approachable, open to feedback, have solid judgment, take ownership from the outset. Be comfortable laying the foundation while aspiring to world-class results

    Job Summary:

    As the Development Consultant Associate Director, you’ll provide the highest level of facilitation, change management, coaching and other organizational effectiveness (OE) consulting for all practices in a designated geographic area or service line. Specifically this position will support the People Advisory Services Practice. You’ll assist in implementation of the people strategy and set priorities accordingly.
