THNK is looking for a rare breed of leadership coach/facilitator to support participants on their leadership journey in our flagship six-month, part time Creative Leadership Program.

THNK School of Creative Leadership is a new category of life-long learning school that combines venture design and innovation leadership. We drive high-impact collaborations with high-performing global leaders who are mid-career and seeking to build disruptive solutions to major societal challenges.

The Creative Leadership Program (CLP) takes 25-30 students from around the world through an in-depth design-thinking curriculum over 6 months and pairs intense leadership training with a challenge topic to deliver new insights and scalable concepts that broaden the solution space on a given societal issue. An important aspect of the CLP is Quest, which uses the Creative Leadership Model to explore participants’ state of mind around leadership and assets, in partnership with experiential programming and professional coaching based on a THNK Mirror assessment, establishing a competency baseline for passion and purpose; future vision, explorative direction; impact roadmap; and orchestration of creative teamwork.

Coaches are an integral part of the THNK experience. Coaches encourage participants to learn from themselves in order to fully tap into their passion and to explore new ways of working, thinking, leading, and being, both personally and professionally. THNK coaches are able to simultaneously lead and listen, support and provoke, and provide assessment and feedback without judgement. Ultimately coaches facilitate the development of a more intentional leadership style, helping participants to better apply leadership skills to their social impact venture.

Coaches must have experience with senior management and executive audiences in high stakes scenarios. They understand that professional success and personal growth are inextricably linked and know that participants must go through a personal journey to develop their professional and creative leadership skills.

It is this growth that allows them to significantly increase the impact of their professional venture. THNK coaches also know how to have fun, be authentic and humble, while clearly demonstrating the experience, expertise and their leadership skills.

Activities and areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Active engagement in one-on-one coaching sessions with participants
  • Digging into all relevant THNK programming and materials. While coaching sessions are

private and driven by the participant, a THNK coach must know the how, the what, and the why of both THNK and more specifically, of the CLP, in order to best coach the participant through the first steps of their creative leadership journey.

  • Participation in formal and informal team debrief sessions
  • Program-related documentation and measurement as required by THNK
