As a next step to solidify these investments, the company seeks to hire a Leadership Coach who will be the owner and keeper of all “follow through” actions related to the coaching and development of those managers and their teams. This new role will be part of the Talent Development function which is responsible for maximizing business performance through development focused on business knowledge, leadership, and professional growth. A successful candidate will possess excellent coaching and facilitation skills, the ability to influence leaders at all levels and drive a strong learning agenda while partnering with our leaders across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Talent Development, this individual will work across the core of our business (Services, Product Development, Information Services), which is over 85% of the employee population. Although an individual contributor, they will be operating within the robust and highly collaborative Talent Department whose mandate encompasses: Recruiting, Onboarding, Functional Training, Talent Development, Employee Engagement and Communications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one coaching to senior leaders across the organization
Develop action plans for leaders based on 360 feedback and developmental opportunities as identified by themselves and their leader
Partner with learning and development team to build coaching collateral and tool-kits
Partner with executive sponsors to drive a clear coaching focus and accountability on addressing gaps at all levels; tracks and reports out on progress (or lack thereof)
Influence leaders at all levels ensuring coaching techniques adhere to best practice and maximize business impact
Consult with all levels of management to translate business requirements into learning/coaching interventions
Own and drive our internal assessments and the communication and development actions that follow

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a combination of coaching/advising roles and leadership/operational responsibilities
Credible, business minded executive coach
Able to work across all levels of Management up to and including VP
Proactive and tenacious, great follow up/follow through skills
Outstanding communicator
Strategic – understands and can articulate the company strategy and how one’s role fits in and drives its successful execution
High energy, people vs process oriented
Great cultural fit

Education/Certification/License: Bachelor’s in a related discipline e.g. Business Admin, Organizational Performance, Master’s highly preferred
