    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an amazing Financial Coach who will help customers to become organized and to manage their day-to-day finances in a more efficient manner while building a path to their financial freedom. We believe that people can become financially fit by adapting their day-to-day activities, behavior, and discipline related to financial issues.

    Your responsibilities as a Coach will include, but won’t be limited to:

    • Understanding a customers’ financial situation, developing financial plans and guiding them through their path in achieving financial goals;
    • Meeting with customers on regular basis and maintaining personal relationships with them;
    • Educating customers about Dreamspace services and products;
    • Motivating customers to follow their financial plan that you created together in order to achieve their life goals;
    • Assisting in development and constant improvement of Dreamspace coaching processes and tools.

    Some of the requirements to be a Coach include:

    • Let’s be clear. You pretty much hate all forms of debt and you like saving for things;
    • You have a college degree or relevant financial services work experience;
    • You are interested in and understand personal finances and familiar with its’ general concepts;
    • You are comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    • You love to interact with people and take an active interest in helping people to define and reach their goals;
    • You are awesome at organizing information and managing time.

    This person will be experienced in leadership training and coaching, and will facilitate leadership development programs for MBA students within the Accelerate Leadership Center at the Tepper School of Business. The person will apply knowledge and expertise to develop individual student leadership behaviors through leadership assessment, post-assessment workshops, and one-to-one coaching. Will work with students, faculty, and staff to implement best leadership development practices that complement the education students receive in their coursework and activities at the Tepper School. DDI Facilitation Certification is strongly preferred.

    5-10 years of corporate training, communications, counseling, coaching, needs assessment, executive development, business consulting, leadership development, or organizational development experience. Experience working within academic settings is preferred. Strong facilitation skills and the ability to effectively interact with all skill levels of an educational environment are a must.

This position supports graduate students in MBTI, Motivate Skills and Career Value self-assessments,  branding and online presence, job search techniques, resume revision, cover letter creation, networking, and interviewing.

    Responsibilities:

    –          Provide individual career coaching to students

    –          Deliver weekly Career Development Courses

    –          Facilitate students’ awareness of their work-related strengths, interests, and values

    –          Enhances their job search skills and capacity to express the relevance of strengths to employer.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of three years current higher education experience in, or related to, career planning and employment services, including direct career coaching to students (or similar constituents). Experience in career development strategies for diverse higher education populations, preferably at the graduate level. Demonstrated success in cultivating collaborative relationships with students, faculty, staff, and professional colleagues.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; international experience preferred.  Appreciation for the importance of personal and online career guidance for every student.

    Educational Background:

    Master’s Degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources or related field preferred.

    Christian Mickelsen and Coaches With Clients are currently looking for a super star bookkeeper to add to the expanding team.

    This position is 100% virtual. Must have experience wit US accounting procedures and requirements.

    Duties:

    1.    Import business banking data into Quickbooks (including income, expenses, checks deposited) monthly
    2.    Import PayPal data into Quickbooks (including income & expenses) monthly
    3.    Import credit card data into Quickbooks monthly
    4.    Reconcile the business accounts monthly (banking, amex, paypal)
    5.    Review incoming pymts
    6.    Issue 1099’s to affiliates as needed & file with IRS annually
    7.    Issue and file business owner’s W-2s annually
    8.    Cut paychecks/issue paypal payments for independent contractors monthly
    9.    Handle business owner’s payroll monthly
    10. Generate monthly sales report after the first of the month
    11. Communicate and work with the company’s CPA
    12. Calculate affiliate commission amounts and issue checks monthly
    13. Track and Calculate Coaching Team commission amounts and issue checks monthly
    14. File Payroll reports with the EDD on a quarterly basis
    15. File Employer returns with the IRS on a quarterly basis
    16. Assist with Tax prep annually by sending quickbooks reports to CPA

    You will know you are successful in this position if:
    –  All financial information is easy to access
    –  All financial information is up to date
    –  All reports are easy to read and lead to a thoughtful analysis on how to make the company more profitable
    –  You generate reports and find ways to improve reporting without being asked
    –  Tax documents are prepared and presented well ahead of filing deadlines
    –  Affiliates and contractors receive checks/pay on time for proper amounts
