_______________________________________This person will be experienced in leadership training and coaching, and will facilitate leadership development programs for MBA students within the Accelerate Leadership Center at the Tepper School of Business. The person will apply knowledge and expertise to develop individual student leadership behaviors through leadership assessment, post-assessment workshops, and one-to-one coaching. Will work with students, faculty, and staff to implement best leadership development practices that complement the education students receive in their coursework and activities at the Tepper School. DDI Facilitation Certification is strongly preferred.

5-10 years of corporate training, communications, counseling, coaching, needs assessment, executive development, business consulting, leadership development, or organizational development experience. Experience working within academic settings is preferred. Strong facilitation skills and the ability to effectively interact with all skill levels of an educational environment are a must.
