    THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
    •Support supervisors and managers with diversified coaching needs; achieve performance and customer experience goals.
    •Coordinate and administer coaching certification programs for front-line leaders.
    •Partner with site leadership to analyze current working practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
    •Make recommendations for coaching opportunities to leadership; ensure delivery and planning for training and/or coaching based on quality and business needs.
    •Diagnose performance gaps to determine best mix of coaching techniques to achieve success.
    •Schedule and facilitate coaching sessions.
    •Document and report progress made during coaching sessions to managers and site leaders.
    •Responsible for leveraging Performance Management Coaching dashboards.
    •Monitor performance metrics to identify areas in need of additional focus or coaching.
    •Create and implement coaching solution tools to empower front-line leaders to be more effective in improving staff performance.
    •Present front-line leaders with specific information and techniques to improve coaching skills.

    DESIRED BACKGROUND/PROFILE
    •Professional certification is strongly preferred – such as WABC Certified Business Coach (CBC), CPCC – From the Coaches Training Institute, or ICF – International Coaches Federation.
    •Field sales and service, call center and processing center experience desired in addition to professional learning and development experience.
    •Familiarity with instructional design, skill assessment, measurement methodology, needs assessment, change management and facilitation experience preferred.
    •Solid knowledge of coaching, facilitation needs analysis, team building, and the design and delivery of leadership courses.
    •Solid presentation, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to relate to and explain complex technical concepts.
    •Comfort around front-line leaders.
    •Ability to learn on the fly, negotiate and problem solve to resolution.
    •Strategic agility and able to deal with ambiguity and influence without authority, navigating the culture and political climate of a client site and situation.

We are currently seeking both full and part-time leadership coaches whose primary duties will involve providing coaching to mid and senior-level Air Force leaders. Coaching services will be provided virtually, and as a result, those hired for these positions will not be required to relocate and may perform coaching services from their home/office location.

    Preferred candidates should be certified coaches with current and or former military experience.

    Qualifications

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide coaching to mid through senior-level military and civilian leaders (including general officers)

    Responsible for providing assessment and counseling/coaching services to clients in the Integrated Services Department. The Behavioral Coach will utilize proven clinical and evidence-based behavioral change techniques. Some of these methods may include motivational interviewing, readiness to change models, appreciative inquiry, self-efficacy, goal-setting and other proven strategies. Assists in the development of assessment tools and outcome measurements to ensure competent and effective coaching. The Behavioral Coach will properly triage clients with the appropriate level of counseling and/or coaching service. This role will support clinical and behavioral sciences integration and collaborate with wellness team members. This role will meet one-on one either face to face or telephonically with clients. This is not a long-term behavioral health therapy position and will have limited time to work with clients in achieving outcomes.

    Minimum Education Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related Master’s degree in Mental Health, preferred

    Minimum Experience Requirements

    Two years counseling or coaching experience

    Previous experience in health care setting or a corporate environment, preferred Knowledge of health and wellness

    License/Certifications
