The Corporate Life Coach will meet with clients/Team Members weekly. Team Members should feel comfortable in a confidential environment expressing their feelings and creating goals with their Life Coach. Team members should have clear objectives to end every session with weekly follow up.

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate outcome of tasks clients are challenged to overcome.
• Set objectives.
• Provide structured questions.
• Plan future tasks.
• Make clients aware of their progress.
• Empower clients to make decisions.

What you’ll need:

• Excellent Communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others.
• Understanding of human psychology.
• Ability to actively listen.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
• Ability to engage in critical thinking.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate’s Degree in counseling.
• 5+ years of experience.
