    Coaches will need the following requirements:

    • Career transition coaching, career development, and career assessment
    • State of the art branded resume writing
    • Job search assistance including action planning, networking strategy, and use of social media
    • Flexible schedule to deliver services across multiple time zones
    • International coaching or related experience (NY/MA) – location specific
    • Language: Japanese (native preferred) for NY Metro coach ONLY

    The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you’ll need a good knowledge and understanding of

    performance management tools and techniques, backed with experience in coaching business leaders to drive performance through team members.     About the role

    You will work closely with partners across their entire sales cycle from identification and qualification of opportunities, through development and execution of the pursuit strategy to win more than our fair share of engagements.

    You will work closely with colleagues in the National Strategic accounts and Marketing Communications to provide the firm’s Strategic Accounts with coaching and support to increase win rate and improve sales effectiveness.

    The Organizational   Effectiveness Coach will be charged with conducting individual and organizational   assessments to provide coaching to executives, management teams and others.   They will also provide thought leadership, support and guidance to clients on   organizational assessment/design and strategic planning. The individual will   also be responsible for building best practices and common methodologies into   the overall coaching program at the FAA, and helping to institutionalize   those behaviors.
