We are market leaders and the demand for our services has been huge.  We are seeking to expand all of our consulting, productivity and training functions.  We are currently looking for a Productivity Coach / Trainer to work in our Long Beach, CA market center.

Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with our in house agents and all prospective agents.  Identify and assist in servicing their training, consulting and production needs.  In this full time position, the Productivity Coach / Trainer is responsible for delivering training to KWCP agents and ensuring that all instructor-led training solutions delivered to agents are delivered with high levels of quality and efficiency and meet the needs and expectations of the agents.  This will encompass all duties related to classroom instruction and professional presentations.  Providing demos and training by web and in person; regular one on one coaching and accountability sessions with individual agents and groups; telephone support and troubleshooting.  This position requires some local and regional travel.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality training to KWCP agents both live onsite, online and via telephone.  Training content may include sales skills; KW tools and systems; lead generation skills.  Training must be delivered in accordance with KWCP and KWRI quality standards.  This includes gaining a complete understanding of students’ incoming skill/knowledge levels prior to training; completing all necessary preparations prior to the training start time; having a thorough understanding of the content being delivered; and overall providing effective quality instruction that will be evaluated.

Manage the content that is delivered to KWCP agents.  This includes collaborating with the Team Leader, ALC Education Chairperson, Regional programs, KWRI events and other resources to stay abreast of changes in the local market and KWRI programs, tools, etc. Making edits to training calendar working with the Team Leader to keep information up-to-date, scheduling and conducting “train-the-trainer¿ sessions with instructors as needed to ensure information is delivered and implemented effectively; collaborating with other KWCP team members in support of KWRI events such as Family Reunion, Masterminds, Mega Camp, and MAPS programs.

Education and Experience

HS Graduate.

Real estate experience required.  Or possess a solid understanding of the real estate business and transactional procedures.  Or 3 years teaching/training experience with effective classroom management skills that reflect the values and cultures of this company.

Applicants must be computer savvy, own reliable transportation.

Candidates with prior Productivity Coaching/Training experience in the real estate industry, or knowledge of KW systems and models will receive immediate and priority consideration.
