    This position is 100% virtual. Must have experience wit US accounting procedures and requirements.

    Duties:

    1.    Import business banking data into Quickbooks (including income, expenses, checks deposited) monthly
    2.    Import PayPal data into Quickbooks (including income & expenses) monthly
    3.    Import credit card data into Quickbooks monthly
    4.    Reconcile the business accounts monthly (banking, amex, paypal)
    5.    Review incoming pymts
    6.    Issue 1099’s to affiliates as needed & file with IRS annually
    7.    Issue and file business owner’s W-2s annually
    8.    Cut paychecks/issue paypal payments for independent contractors monthly
    9.    Handle business owner’s payroll monthly
    10. Generate monthly sales report after the first of the month
    11. Communicate and work with the company’s CPA
    12. Calculate affiliate commission amounts and issue checks monthly
    13. Track and Calculate Coaching Team commission amounts and issue checks monthly
    14. File Payroll reports with the EDD on a quarterly basis
    15. File Employer returns with the IRS on a quarterly basis
    16. Assist with Tax prep annually by sending quickbooks reports to CPA

    You will know you are successful in this position if:
    –  All financial information is easy to access
    –  All financial information is up to date
    –  All reports are easy to read and lead to a thoughtful analysis on how to make the company more profitable
    –  You generate reports and find ways to improve reporting without being asked
    –  Tax documents are prepared and presented well ahead of filing deadlines
    –  Affiliates and contractors receive checks/pay on time for proper amounts

    Job Description

    Coaches on the Sales Enablement Team will assist members of the Regional Leadership Team with decreasing the time to full productivity of new hires, addressing “on the job” development needs of existing advisory staff; and delivering relevant and timely talent and development solutions in partnership with Regional Directors and Business Learning and Readiness.
    Responsibilities of the Sales Coach to include but not limited to the following:
    ·         Assesses knowledge and experience level of new hires and ensures a development plan is in place to close the gap with job requirements
    ·         Delivers coaching  to new hires and existing staff  that results in improved team performance
    ·         Executes the role of the Regional Peer Advisor Champion accountable for leading and guiding identified WMAs acting in the role of Peer 2 Peer Mentors for new hires
    ·          Provides new hire feedback on developmental opportunities  in one-on-one and group coaching sessions
    ·         Acts as Subject Matter Expert for Business Readiness and Learning in the design, development and delivery of training to new hires
    ·         Identifies training opportunities within our current process
    ·         Takes guidance from Directors and then collaborates with Peer 2 Peer mentors and LD&R on the development needs of individual new hires
    ·         Supports new hires in their Practice Management and business planning processes to ensure focus, quality and effective implementation
    ·         Coaches new hires in the skills of Consultative Selling Process and the TIAA-CREF approach to client engagement  and Practice Management ; observe client interactions and document
    ·         Supports Directors in facilitating strategy calls with new hires
    ·         Supports engagement and retention of talent
    ·         Provides support, as needed, in the interview process for new advisory roles
    ·         Updates own role and leadership knowledge and skills by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
    ·         50-70% travel within the region

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualifications:
    ·         Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Wealth Management Advisor (WMA) and/or training and coaching of WMAs
    ·         Series 7 and 66; state insurance licenses in relevant jurisdictions required
    ·         4 year college degree or equivalent combination of business experience and education Desired skills:
    ·         Prior experience in wealth management at TIAA-CREF with operating model, products, services, systems and tools, policies and procedures
    ·         An independent worker who flourishes in an atmosphere where innovation and change are key to future success
    ·         Excellent communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal)

    Omada Health is hiring health coaches for a work-from-home, full-time position. We prefer applicants with existing health coaching, life coaching, or weight loss coaching experience, but most importantly, we’re looking for all-around charismatic, kind, and intelligent people.

    Your job will be guiding people with prediabetes through our 16-week online program to help them avoid the progression to type 2 diabetes. You will be fully supported by our online platform, which includes a detailed curriculum and technology to help participants track their progress. Your primary role will be to listen openly to their challenges and help guide them toward healthy choices, keeping them focused, energized, and motivated. Your personal relationship with participants is critical to their satisfaction and success.

    We are hiring quickly, and applicants should be ready to start in March 2014. If you do not receive a response to your inquiry, it is likely that the position has been filled. The time expectation will be about 40 hours/week, and it will help if your availability is flexible, with occasional time required on weekends and evenings.

    The job will initially require 16 hours of in-person orientation and training, after which point the work can be done remotely from your home.
