The Technology Learning Coach will conduct a variety of technology related learning courses for attorneys and staff firm wide using a variety of delivery methods which include coaching, group demonstrations, e-learning, classroom and one-on-one sessions. The Coach will develop lesson plans that meet the needs of learners and provide business coaching to promote best practices. In addition, he/she will track attendance through the LMS and evaluate and review the effectiveness of training
Desired Skills and Experience
Required experience includes:
- High School diploma
- At least 2 years of experience training end users on business application software
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Ability to learn and keep up to date with relevant systems and software
- Willingness to travel and participate in evening or weekend activities
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development or Human Resources. Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor Certification and legal services industry experience is preferred.
