You will be inspiring and motivating local business leaders to become more effective managers of their businesses.

This will involve running advisory board meetings for your members, holding one-to-one coaching sessions with them and helping them to use TAB’s unique and exclusive business tools. You will be UK based and operate in a territory, exclusive to you, within the UK. In the early days of launching your TAB franchise business you will spend time identifying potential board members and inviting them to join one of your boards.

A TAB business gives you choices. You decide – balance income, capital growth, and lifestyle whilst you do work you enjoy, when you want to do it. Desired Skills and Experience
We are seeking well rounded business people with experience of top level business leadership, providing the credibility to facilitate, coach and mentor the business leaders who make up your boards. You will have well developed emotional intelligence, good facilitation and listening skills and the ability to engage with, and influence others.
