Exciting opportunity for experienced and credentialed executive coach to join us in delivering a unique leadership development program.  The EWF Leadership Journey is a comprehensive, year-long virtual leadership development program that helps emerging and mid-level professionals cultivate and leverage their unique leadership brand, optimize their individual performance, and lead in ways that generate positive and sustainable organizational impact.

Leaders are carefully selected and organized into small groups of 10-12. Each cohort embarks on a full year leadership curriculum that is organized into monthly topical programs critical to leadership effectiveness. Each module includes:

    • Information packages distributed prior to each call containing key learning highlights, state of the art research, provocative inquiries designed to stimulate self-awareness and personal application; some modules also include links to individual assessments designed to help the leader develop a better understanding of their unique style and strengths
    • Additional learning resources for those who want to delve more deeply into the topic
    • A 90-minute action learning based teleconference that includes rich dialogue, peer learning, application discussions and concludes with individual commitments to action and implementation.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking qualified executive coach/facilitators to deliver this program to our corporate clients. Our growth in the marketplace has created the need for us to have a cadre of coaching professionals who can join us in facilitating this year-long program on a primarily virtual basis. Working conveniently from your own home or office, you will be responsible for a cohort of program participants that meets on a WebEx platform for a 90-minute teleclass every four weeks for the duration of the 12-module program. It is not uncommon for the launch and 6 month program to be conducted live at the clients site which would require the ability to travel and a demonstrated ability to do live coaching sessions.  This is an independent contractor position and we expect you to bring your own experience and delivery style to the standardized program as you work with cohort participants.

Requirements:

Maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity in the delivery of the Leadership Journey is integral to our success. Therefore, you must meet the following criteria for consideration:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in leadership development, executive/corporate coaching, and/or professional development program delivery
  • Graduate of an ICF-approved coach training program and ICF certification at either the PCC or MCC level
  • Experience in virtual program delivery using a web-based conference platform
  • Ability to commit to the full 12-month program delivery schedule of monthly 90-minute teleclasses
  • Adept and confident to conduct live group coaching sessions including the facilitation of programs and exercises.
  • Willingness to participate in virtual training around the program structure, content, approach and web platform to familiarize yourself with the program
  • Willingness to participate in monthly hour-long supervision and quality-enhancement calls with other program coaches, and to see yourself as part of a coaching team
  • An orientation around the importance of self-awareness and self-development as the foundation for leadership proficiency
  • Previous experience working inside a corporate environment and familiarity with business and corporate protocols
