This Coaching and Training role is key to delivering amazing bottom line business results, improving Customer experiences and investing in our people. The heart of the role involves coaching Managers and teams, call coaching and designing/delivering training workshops.

Can you demonstrate that improving the customer experience is at the core of everything you do? Are you an experienced Business Coach with a strong Training and facilitation background or would like to take your Automotive retailing skills into this field. Can you also show a successful track record of delivering business improvement and cultural change through Performance Coaching and Training? If so, we would really love to hear from you.

Desired Skills and Experience

So what type of person are we looking for? You must exude real energy and enthusiasm and be able to develop and maintain strong, professional relationships at all levels. Highly confidential and personable, you will also need to demonstrate highly tuned impact and influencing skills. We are also looking for creativity and experience of designing training Programmes, preferably for a retail and customer centric environment. You will be a self-starter, great at managing your time and priorities yet will embrace working as part of a small, friendly, well established and supportive team. Evidence of you own CPD would be expected ideally in line with a relevant professional qualification. This is a graduate level role with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
