This listing is no longer available. _______________________________________With our business growing rapidly we are looking for a Coach Community Leader to lead a high quality, vibrant, engaged and purposeful coaching community across the South East Asia region.
Reporting to regional Managing Directors, this is a part-time 3 day a week role, based from home and requiring travel within the region. The role holder will be expected to:
- Grow and develop our vibrant community of 30+ coaches, creating a sense of belonging and being a first point of contact for associate coaches.
- Recruit and train new associate coaches.
- Track and monitor coaches’ performance to ensure our high standards of quality and consistency are met, using multiple sources of data.
- Support the learning and development of our coaches to ensure we have the right coaches ready for the demand of a growing business.
- Assist with allocation of coaching teams for high volume coaching programs.
- Role model our values and coaching excellence.
- Actively participate in the Asia Pacific Leadership Team to resolve business issues and enable business growth.
Salary & Location:
Annual salary range is $50-65K Singapore Dollars for a 3-day week.($85-$110K full time equivalent).
This is a 3 day-a-week role based in Singapore, New Delhi, Bangalore or Hyderabad. The position requires you to work from your own home office, with the possibility of office working in the future. This role will require travel in the region in support of business leadership and connecting with coaches.
Desired Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate the following:
- ICF coaching qualification, or similar.
- Experience of managing / creating a community and leading virtual teams
- Performance management and development planning
- Analytical skills to appraise and track coaching quality
- Highly effective communication skills to connect with coaches, colleagues and clients at all levels across the region
- Client-facing experienceand commitment to delivering a first-class coaching service
- Understanding of HR/Organisational Development/L&D
