    About this company

In 2005, Coach in a Box set out to be the first company to offer high quality coaching that was affordable and accessible for all. We are proud of our story.

We have now coached over 18,000 people ranging from shop floor supervisors to board directors of FTSE 100 companies. We have demonstrated that coaching is not the privilege of those at the top of rich companies as we have also made an impact on the third sector, charities and education worldwide – most recently working with indigenous leaders in the education sector in Western Australia.

We have touched over 200 companies with our coaching in 50 different countries and can coach in 25 different languages. We have coaching and office hubs in UK, Australia, China, Singapore, North America, Latin America and India. In Europe alone, we have over 75 coaches working across the region.

    Why are we successful?
We do what is important and we do it extremely well; Our coaching material is brilliantly written; Our coaches care about making a difference to people; They are already experienced coaches, are carefully selected and well trained before becoming coaches for us.

Do we follow market best practice?
In a word, No! When we started the company we decided that we wouldn’t just follow the tried and tested route. With the world in a state of flux, we felt that what has worked well in the past will not necessarily work well in the future. As a result, we like to challenge the norm and investigate new techniques and processes.
