The successful candidate will do the following:
- Coach, connect, and assist entrepreneurs participating in the incubation program,
- Enhance educational, connections, and access to capital programming,
- Raise awareness of HCDC and the Business Center in the community,
- Support the continual improvement of HCDC’s business assistance programming
Salary range for this full time position is $55,000 to $70,000 plus benefits including 401-K and health insurance.
This position requires business start up knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking, and a strong results oriented work ethic.
General business knowledge in the following areas would be beneficial:
- Strategic Planning,
- Business Growth Strategies,
- Relationship Management,
- Access to Capital,
- Finance / Accounting,
- Marketing / Sales,
- Technology Commercialization
Bachelor’s degree is required.
