Stella & Dot is looking for a Business Sales Coach that will offer support to our Senior Field Leaders. The right person will guide Leaders on how to increase revenues through team growth, manage expenses to gain higher return and effectively manage time so that work/life balance is aligned with their career goals.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide phone based group and individual sessions to offer training, guidance, support, accountability and encouragement on business building topics
- Establish a planned program for sales coaching, working with our leaders on all aspects of the sales process
- Quarterly goal setting
- Conduct Coaching Workshops on topics such as:
- Time management
- Team Recognition
- Tax planning & savings
- How to Coach your team
- Best Practices
- Assist with Team Development
- Help Leaders develop and review training calendars
- Assist with creating Team Communications
- Will have open office hours for call in coaching as well as regularly scheduled coaching calls
- Regularly assess effectiveness of coaching by evaluating business growth of those enrolled in programs
Desired Skills and Experience
- Staff consulting, relationship building and motivational team building skills is a must
- Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
- High level of financial and business acumen
- Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases
- Extremely strong communicator who displays warmth and empathy
- Tech savvy and capable of creating and delivering webcasts
- Experience in Social Media Marketing a plus
- Direct Sales experience a plus
- Bachelors degree in business or other related field
- 10+ years experience in sales or similar coaching
